1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Web Design and Logo Design

  • Refund is available only if the project has not been started.

  • Once the design process has begun, no full refund will be issued.

  • Partial refunds may be considered depending on work completed.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing

  • No refunds are provided once the service has started.

  • SEO and marketing results depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Hosting Services

  • Hosting services are non-refundable after activation.

  • Exceptions may be made within 3 days if the service has not been used.

5. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels the project:

  • Refund will depend on the amount of work completed.

  • Administrative and processing fees may be deducted.

6. No Refund Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • Client changes mind

  • Client fails to provide required information

  • Project is completed

  • Delay is caused by client

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
